Types of Illness Disorder Food That You Should Avoid
1. Respiratory Systems (Flu / Cold) Fried & deep fried crispy food such as melon seeds, peanuts, “you-tiao”, alcohol, mutton, eel, pork etc. Smoking and food that contains high sugar contains or contain high level of salt is non-advisable.
2. Digestive System (Gastric Problems / Ulceration) Smoking, cold and chilled food, fruits and carbonated soft drink, salted fish / salted vegetables, hot and spicy food, coconut, deep fried oily food, high sugar contents food, white fungus and all kinds of beans related food, bamboo shoots and seaweed.
3. Urinal System Diseases (Kidney Disease, Urinary System) Bamboo shoots, salted vegetable, jack fruit, banana, alcohol, hot and spicy food, guava, high protein contents food (for those who have weak kidney, do avoid). All beans related food, mu tong, herbs and medication to revigorate the kidney function.
